SHAME

Shame is Self-inflicted, Harmful And Manipulative Energy.

I've worked with several women, and men, who think that shame is something real, noble or even necessary.

Some even think it is inflicted upon them by others. While its true that parents, society and organized religions facilitate shame to control individuals, it is we that accept and own it, thus inflicting it upon ourselves.

Just because society or anyone imposes something on you, doesn't mean you have to own it. Thus the self-inflicted. You can heal yourself. If it was actually in someone else's power to inflict shame then you couldn't clear on your own it no matter how much you tried. Shame is a feeling resulting from beliefs you've accepted as your truth. Clear that belief to reveal YOUR truth and shame disappears.

Shame does nothing FOR you, let go of it. Release it and move on.
