Office Space Fix

I recently did a consult with a mental health professional who is feeling a bit overwhelmed with her job. She works in a mental health facility in an office with no window. She feels overwhelmed and claustrophic.
This type of job is difficult at best. One after another, people march in with horrendous stories and traumas, leaving energetic litter everywhere. While the housekeeping staff come in to empty the garbage cans and maybe dust, no one every cleans out the energetic debri left behind by each patient. Here are a few fixes to create the optimum environment.
First, get a window-sized mirror. Mirrors are energetic portals, bringing in and circulating new energy into the old. Aesthetically they seem to increase small spaces, but like skylights in your roof they cut through walls and ground to pull in energy.
Second, at the end of each day fill a clear glass or crystal bowl with seasalt water and 10 drops of lavender. It doesn't have to be a huge bowl, but it needs to be bigger than a cup. A cereal bowl size works. Let the bowl sit overnight, every night including weekends, and dump it out in the morning.
Third, on each new moon burn some sage and let it fill the room. Get it into each nook, cranny and corner - including closets. If you cannot do this because of fire codes or you are concerned about the smoke/smell their are sprays that accomplish this same thing. YOu can claim it is an air freshner that way.
Fourth, grid your office with tourmaline and amethyst. What is gridding? Placing one of each stone in each of the four corners of the room. When you sage the room make sure you specifically sage each of the stones. If you choose to use the spray, do not use the spray on the stones. Take them home and set them out in the moonlight overnight. Or run them under the tap for a minute or so.
Fifth, if you indeed do not have a window then getting a sunlamp or full-spectrum lightbulbs would be highly beneficial. Especially in winter when the sunlight is already reduced and being without it during the day would be doubly deficient.
Sixth, bring in a plant. Something that doesn't need much sunlight obviously.
