Strongest In Our Broken Places (August 2014)

Taken from Ernest Hemmingway's quote, Strongest In Our Broken Places is a manual on how to overcome your past to create a better now. You've read self-help books, this is more like a how to book. Just like a "how to do it yourself plumbing" manual this book will give you the tools to create exactly the life you want. The most important thing you will learn is that what happens to you does not matter one bit. It is who you choose to become through your experiences that creates your life. If you want to be a victim, then own that and don't buy this book. If you are tired of seeing yourself as a victim and tired of things happening to you rather than for you, then this book has found you for a reason.

Each chapter ends with guided self-reflecting journal exercises devised specifically to re-program your thinking. The book is meant to not only read, but utilize as a working tool to access your highest best self and become strongest in your broken places.

I have received my copy and so far I am thoroughly enjoying this book. Really hits home. I am glad I can learn more and put new learnings to use for in my own personal struggles and challenges. Thank you.

I love how you keep it simple. I really believe in simple.

And also, your courage in sharing your story.

My heart really feels for you.

My husband, who was raised by sick vampire mother, is finally

ready to actively work on healing his history and the fall out it has

caused with TOS. I have been sharing excerpts from your book with him.

I'm only part way through your book, and I love it. The piece entitled, "Autobiography" at the beginning of the book is beautiful. I've run into Aha! Moments and paradigm shifts that help me to more clearly understand the why of things.

I'm a little under half way through your book. I know that in sharing your personal journey from pain to understanding and unconditional love, others will find answers they have been searching for. Sharing your journey with others whom you might not even know takes courage. Thank you for your courage, strength, and resolve in choosing to share what is very likely to provide multiple Aha! Moments and paradigm shifts to those who choose to read all that you share.

We all have broken places to mend. Acknowledging those and doing the work necessary to heal those wounds is an uplifting experience. We gain a greater understanding of ourselves and others and are able to move forward
with greater freedom and clarity. We are able to live our lives more authentically and align with who we truly wish to become.

Judy, thank you for choosing to share your story. I didn't want to wait to the end of the book before giving positive feedback. There's more to come. For now, though, your book is calling my name. :-)

Hi Judy,

I just finished your book that I bought yesterday from yourself and Rose and I thought it was super!!  Especially the last 4 chapters; those really hit home for me.  I also wanted to thank you for being so brave and opening up your life events and sharing them for others like myself to read and feel your experiences.  Of all the books I have read I am sure I have not read a book as open as yours.
